Sidi Saiyyed Mosque

The Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, built in 1573, is one of the most famous mosques of Ahmadabad. As per the marble stone tablet fixed on the wall of the mosque, it was built by Sidi Saeed (aka Sidi Saiyyed) an Abyssinian in the retinue of Bilal Jhajar Khan.

Akshardham Temple

It is believed that there are three forms of visual art: Painting is art to look at, sculpture is art you can walk around, and architecture is art you can walk through while you walk down the streets of Ahmadabad, this is one place where you will experience the treasure trove of Gujarati architecture.
